Phoebe Buffay was actually Monica’s roommate before Rachel. Most of the time she is known for her offbeat, ditsy, and spiritual personality which can sometimes be overwhelming for people she comes across. As one of the main characters, many fans dubbed her as their ultimate favorite. There’s no doubt that Phoebe’s a great catch but we all have to agree that throughout the series she definitely dated some worthless men.
