Thanks to Bruce Jenner’s gold medal victory at the 1976 Montreal Olympics, he was deemed the greatest athlete in the world. Jenner’s athletic feat in the men’s decathlon led to fame and fortune. He famously got hitched to Kris Jenner and they have two really popular daughters — Kendall and Kylie. Bruce Jenner stayed in the public eye and has been on the popular reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians together with his family. In April of 2015, he came out publicly as a trans woman and revealed to the public her new name, Caitlyn Jenner, a few months later. For two years, she starred on I Am Cait, her very own show, and on April 25, 2017, released a memoir titled, “The Secrets of My Life”.

Bjørn Dæhlie

The Norwegian icon Bjørn Dæhlie has flourished after his skiing career. A dominant force in the sport of cross-country skiing, Dæhlie took home eight gold medals from 1992 to 1998. Unfortunately, he was forced to retire not long before the 2002 Olympics because of a terrible roller skiing accident. Nevertheless, Dæhlie has had a great life post-skiing, having found success in both fashion and real estate. His real estate ventures have earned him a fortune of more than half a billion kroner, according to estimates.
