A Suspicious Man
At times, Alicia would look at the screen while serving a customer in the shop. She was looking for a suspicious man who was roaming the shop freely. When she looked around, she saw him again. He was in the back of a long line of customers who would pawn or bargain for various items. She couldn’t believe this would be such a busy day when there was a man loitering freely without joining the line of customers. Quickly, Alicia served the customers so she could watch the man more closely.

Lunchtime came around and a lot of the customers left the shop. Most of them were finished with their transactions, while others went to go eat. That’s when the suspicious man walked up to the counter. Alicia was relieved that the man would want to purchase or bargain something inside the store. She was sure this transaction would go smoothly, just like with any other customer. She assumed the man would get an item, she’d process the payment, and he would leave the store. However, she was mistaken.
