This is why Smoochie’s owners were overly concerned about puppies because their mother was always far aside. They have already tested many techniques to get Smoochie to be mother, and every attempt has failed. They didn’t know what else to do. Their mother’s actions had already impacted the wellbeing of the puppies.

The stories of Miss Kitty and Smoochie were just the complete opposite. Miss Kitty has always been willing to be a mom, but she didn’t get the chance to be one since all her children were gone.
