Mariesa and Chris were aware of this and even adopted a couple of pit bulls for this very reason. Never have their dogs displayed any violence towards them. It was their goal to help as many of these dogs as they could. However, they did not have any idea what was about to happen.

Even though pit bulls are thought to be very dangerous, the truth is that there is no scientific evidence for this claim. Trust us, these dogs can be just as loving and loyal as all the other dogs out there. This means that they will also behave badly when you mistreat them. Still, they are not actually predisposed to be evil. It is important to give them a chance since these dogs can be wonderful companions as well. Despite this, Mariesa and Chris had no clue what they were going to see when they went to the shelter.
